It's colder than a muthafucker!

Seriously, I just checked weather.com for the local weather conditions and it is saying that it's 23 degrees outside right now.  With the windchill it feels like it's 16 degrees.

That's just wrong!  We're in Portland, Oregon NOT Portland, Maine.
